Gwen Miller

Gwen began to specialize in corrective exercise when she learned to heal her own postural misalignments.  This personal experience led her to become certified with the C.H.E.K. Institute as a Corrective, High-performance Exercise Kinesiologist, or C.H.E.K. Practitioner. When she added yoga she noticed increased flexibility, strength and calm that were directly attributable to her practice, and realized that yoga was a perfect complement to the other disciplines that she studied, practiced, and taught.DSCN0054

Today, Gwen combines her knowledge of anatomy and background in corrective exercise with Yoga, Pilates, and a plethora of other modalities. In this way, she carefully and creatively customizes her wellness plans, designed to restore optimal alignment and balance to the body, mind and spirit.
