Zethyn McKinley

Zethyn McKinley is an alignment-focused yoga teacher and the founder of 360-yoga.com, dedicated to helping students find symmetry, stability, and relief from chronic pain. After years of navigating personal hip and back pain, Zethyn discovered the profound power of Hatha and Iyengar-based practices, which inspired a commitment to yoga and movement.

Zethyn’s expertise is built on diverse and rigorous training. This includes foundational yoga studies, advanced education with respected teachers like Deborah Wolk and Jason Crandell, and the completion of Elise Browning Miller’s Yoga for Scoliosis Teacher Training Program. Zethyn’s approach is also informed by two years of professional experience working in an orthopedic clinic, which provided her a firsthand understanding of structural imbalances, post-operative care, and the clinical approach to rehabilitation.

Dedicated to exploring body symmetry and balance, Zethyn focuses on modifications, the strategic use of props (including straps, blocks, and chairs), and mindful breathwork to address conditions such as scoliosis, leg length discrepancy, and post-surgery rehabilitation. She provides students with the practical tools and instruction to cultivate body awareness, reduce discomfort, and improve stability and balance both on and off the mat.
