In her early teens, Gaby was discovered with a right thoracolumbar curvature. This did not stop her from leading a normal healthy life. She studied ballet which helped her stay fit and limber. In her twenties, Gaby discovered how to apply yoga for her scoliosis from Elise Miller and has not looked back since.
Gaby is certified to teach pilates and has combined her passion for both yoga and pilates for scoliosis. Gaby has a background in health and design, and works as a Realtor in the East Bay.
